Do you accept returns?
Due to the painted nature of our canvases and the different dye lots on thread, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations for change of mind, nor do we accept returns on any used, partially stitched, or altered products. We appreciate your understanding.
Do y'all do custom canvas orders?
Absolutely! Our sister company, Shop Henry James Designs, handles all of our custom orders. Fill out the form above and we'll get in touch about placing your order, or reach out to her directly. We can't wait to watch your vision come to life.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will y’all kit my canvas?
We would love to kit your canvas! Right now we can kit most 13 mesh canvases and soon 18 mesh. Fibers are rolling in so we are hoping to continue expanding this offer. If you would like us to kit your canvas please leave us a note in the special instructions at checkout and we will update your invoice. Please message us with any questions.
